Composite panels for the vehicles
Panels directed to superstructures of vehicles bodies Classic-Therm® GFK are made of various types of core – (extruded polystyrene XPS, HCPP honeycomb, PUR foam, PT foam or the economic EPS core). Panel is covered on one or both sides with a polyester laminate. GFK panels are mainly used for the construction of car bodies, trailers, containers, isotherms or refrigerators, therefore they are durable and impact resistant.
Door panels
As a manufacturer of door panels, we offer Classic-Therm® sandwich panels for door panels, which, thanks to various external claddings (PVC, HPL, alu, plywood), are used in various industries. The inner layer of panels is, among others extruded polystyrene (XPS) or polyurethane (PUR) foam, ensuring durability of sandwich panels in relation to low weight. It is possible to use various types of inserts such as ALU or dB, which affects their anti-burglary or sound-absorbing properties.
Windows frame extensions elements
The panels are dedicated as window extensions, the core of which is light PT foam obtained from recycling. The PT insert is a heat-insulating construction material, and thanks to the ability to locate the insert according to the customer’s needs, we can adjust the extension to almost any profile system.
Panels for printing and advertising
Classic-Viscom advertising panels are lightweight sandwich panels. The possibility of applying large-format printing, UV printing, varnishing and covering with various types of foil makes them an excellent advertising medium. Thanks to good technical parameters, the boards are used both inside and outside buildings.

Sandwich panels – merging technology
What distinguishes our sandwich panels is, above all, exceptional quality, durability, stiffness and low weight achieved thanks to the use of an innovative production method. Sandwich panels are manufactured by adhesion of several layers – internal, based on various types of cores (fillings) – and external layers (claddings) indicated by the customer. Depending on the application, we use special acoustic (dB) or reinforcing (ALU) inserts. All this so that the product you order meets the needs of the project. All categories have been provided with the relevant information and detailed technical data.
