PVC Foam Board – Classic-Viscom PVCs
PVC Foam Board. The purpose of the Classic-Viscom PVCs plate is large-format printing. The panels are used to create extensive advertising space. Despite the fact that large-format printing works very well on the surface of the panel, we do not recommend external use when printing them in dark colors.
Standard panel formats and thicknesses
Classic-Viscom PVCs panel is available in five standard formats: 2440 x 1220 mm, 3050 x 1220 mm, 3050 x 1530 mm, 3050 x 2030 mm and 4050 x 2030 mm. It is possible to choose one of four panel thicknesses: 5, 10, 15 or 20 mm. Non-standard thicknesses are available on request.
Outer layer – Foamed PVC
The outer layer of the Classic-Viscom PVCs panel – PVC foam board is made of unplasticized PVC, which has undergone a foaming process. The thickness of this layer is 1 mm, while other thicknesses are possible on request. The outer layer of the board is secured with a protective foil. Thanks to this, the plate is suitable for external and internal use. Other advantages of this panel are the possibility of long-term use, resistance to difficult weather conditions and long-term preservation of its colors. The standard color of the panel is white, but other colors may be available on request.
Inner layer – XPS (core)
The inner layer of the panel is made of a very robust and durable material: extruded polystyrene. The temperature range in which the board can be used is -60 to 70 ° C. The board is characterized by the flammability class E. Its compressive strength is 0.30 N / mm2 according to DIN 53421. Water absorption after 28 days remains at the level of <0.7% according to PN-EN 12087 + A1. The apparent density of the panel is 30-33 kg / m3. PVC Foam Board.
